Hoa Dong and Lac Hoa have an installed capacity of 30MW each, utilizing 8xV150 (3.6-4.2MW) turbines from Vestas. To maximize energy yields on both sites, the turbines feature a record hub height of 162m. The projects are constructed amidst an area of operating shrimp ponds and are two of the first onshore wind projects in the Mekong Delta.
